Owned and operated by myself Nigel Bonnick and my wife Denise, we pride ourselves on building a great rapport with all our clients and in having an excellent reputation gained over the last 10 years.

We live in Lancaster and have successfully held over 1000 hog roasts in our time in business. We love what we do and put everything into each hog roast to make sure your special occasion is one people will remember for a long time.

All our machines are kept in A1 condition and we have the maximum rating from our local Environmental Heath Authority. The machines are services regularly and are all certified for LPG safety.

We can accommodate most outdoor events and will work with you in the early planning stages to ensure you get the very most from hiring our hog roast for your catering.

If presented properly a hog roast is a true spectacle that everyone will not only enjoy the theatre of but also the super tasty food it provides.
